Klein Cain Junior Earns Perfect Score on ACT Exam
Earning a perfect score on the ACT exam is rare, but Klein Cain Junior Andrew Heiman has done it!
Less than 0.5% of all ACT takers earn the highest composite score of 36. However, achieving such a score puts Andrew in a remarkable position once he starts applying to colleges, proving his academic readiness for higher education.
This outstanding scholar is heavily involved in school activities such as the Math Honors Society Mu Alpha Theta, VorTX 3735, and the Science National Honor Society. Andrew is also a current Boy Scout steadily working toward the Eagle Scout ranking.
“I am so proud of Andrew for his commitment to his education and his tremendous academic achievement to date,” Klein ISD Superintendent Dr. Jenny McGown said. “He is a gifted young scholar, and I am excited to see all the many things he will accomplish moving forward.”
Andrew took the ACT exam this past summer. After completing his junior year, he will start applying to colleges like UT Austin, UT Dallas, Northeastern, Boston University, the University of Toronto, and more. ACT scores are accepted by all major U.S. four-year colleges and universities. After college, he wants to earn a degree in Mechanical Engineering or pursue a career in Computer Science.
“I didn’t expect to get a perfect score on the ACT,” Andrew said. “However, I am happy that my academic hard work has paid off for my future.”
The dedication Andrew puts into his academics and his commitment to his community don’t go unnoticed. He is recognized by his peers and school leaders alike.
“I am so proud of Andrew and his amazing accomplishment! He is a goal-oriented scholar who relentlessly pursues excellence in all he does,” Klein Cain Principal Nicole Patin said. “He lives out our CAT 5 Core Values daily, and we are so proud of his dedication to his academics and future endeavors. The sky is the limit for Andrew, and I cannot wait to see what his future holds!”
Congratulations, Andrew! Your hard work is truly admirable, and your Klein Family is so proud of you.
